Party While You Sweat!
Our cycling classes are more than just indoor cycling! It’s wild lights, fun music and a party atmosphere while you burn calories! Our enthusiastic instructors will guide you through your ride, up and down hills and will include upper body work as well! Get a full body work out that is non-impact, while you party at the night club! This class is appropriate for all levels. Spin can be taken at your own pace, beginners and advanced are welcome!
Jungle Cycling is offered as a 45-minute class, a 60 minute class called Spin & Suffering, a 30 minute HIIT Spin, and a 20 minute Beginner Cycling class. Take a look at our class schedule on the 'Schedule' page for more details on when you can try this class.
