Pilates is a strengthening, low-impact class that focuses on the torso and improves stability. Doing Pilates is an accessible way to build strength in your core muscles for better posture, balance and flexibility!
We now offer this class multiple times during the week as well as a HIIT pilates class called Tone and Burn for multiple different skill levels - beginner, intermediate, and advanced!
