Warm Pilates is a strengthening, low-impact class that focuses on the torso and improves stability. Doing Pilates is an accessible way to build strength in your core muscles for better posture, balance and flexibility!
We now offer this class multiple times during the week for multiple different skill levels - beginner, intermediate, and advanced!
For Advanced Pilates, this class is about understanding essential concepts and exercises of Pilates and advancing your understanding of your own body, understanding where you need to strengthen, where you need to lengthen and where you need to find balance. The goal of this class is to understand the relationship and balance in the body between the top half of your body and the bottom half. Advanced exercises in this class will continually place the body in challenging and complex positions. Must have a pre-requisite of 10 attended classes for Warm Pilates at the beginner or intermediate level.
