Our Classes

Cycling

Our cycling classes are more than just indoor cycling! It's wild lights, fun music, and a party atmosphere while you burn calories! Our enthusiastic instructors will guide you through your ride up and down hills and include upper bodywork! Get a full-body workout that is non-impact while you party at the nightclub! This class is appropriate for all levels. Spin can be taken at your own pace; beginners and advanced fitness levels are welcome!

Pilates

Pilates is a strengthening, low-impact class that focuses on the torso and improves stability. Doing Pilates is an accessible way to build strength in your core muscles for better posture, balance, and flexibility!

We now offer this class multiple times during the week, as well as a HIIT pilates class called Tone and Burn for multiple different skill levels - beginner, intermediate, and advanced!

bootcamp

Check out this CrossFit-esque type workout; you will love this format! Get strong and burn calories in this HIIT class with weights and cardio. Don't be afraid to try it! We will coach the beginners and push the advanced! 

This class is challenging for the advanced but very doable for the beginner. Your instructor will guide you through the modifications for your level!

Our Spectrum Fitness Staff

rachelle sian

Rachelle, Owner and creator of Spectrum Fitness, has over 15 years of experience in management positions with multiple companies, subcontracted employment, and self-employment. Rachelle has worked within multiple levels of management in small local businesses, franchise businesses, and as the owner/manager of her own orthopedic massage practice. She has a passion for fitness as she has pursued competitive events such as marathons, triathlons, and body building competitions, as well as personal training certifications, and group fitness certifications. 

*Rachelle teaches Spin & Suffering on Tuesdays @ 5:30pm and Saturdays @ 9:45am.

kaelyn woiton

Kaelyn, President and Operator of Spectrum Fitness, has been a part of a passionate, fitness-driven family for the majority of her life. She has taken on and successfully lead colleagues and co-workers in different departments by having influential positions in small businesses with her versatility, hard work, initiative, and leadership skills. In terms of athletics, she has pursued competitive events that include triathlons, short distance races, and a half marathon in September 2019. Kaelyn is also a group fitness exercise certified and a certified personal trainer. She loves to learn and teach hula hooping and offers private hula hoop lessons. Her philosophy at Spectrum is that fitness is here to be enjoyed and that it provides an endless amount of opportunities in all aspects of life. 

*Kaelyn teaches HIIT Spin on Mondays and Thursdays @ 11:30am until May 1st, 2024.

SHARLA LOPEZ

Sharla grew up in Montana playing sports and enjoying the outdoors. In 2022 she got married and moved to Minot, and while trying to figure out what to do for work she came across Spectrum School of Massage. She jumped in head first and started school September 2023, graduating in March with the class of 2024. She is now a Licensed Massage Therapist and is hoping to continue her massage career by getting certified in lymphatic massage. You can frequently find Sharla at Spectrum Fitness working as helpful front desk staff, or working hard doing treatments with her massage clients. We absolutely love having her on our team and we know you will love her too! 

annie smith

I am a Spin and Boot Camp instructor and I love helping people. I am always excited and motivated by helping others reaching their fitness goals and doing it in a positive manor while cheering on progress big or small! My favorite workouts are spin, weights and kick boxing. I’ve lived in Minot my entire life- graduated high school, and then college from Minot State with a bachelor’s degree in education. I married my high school sweet heart Josh, and I’ve got two kiddos: Easton and Ella. I love spending time at the lake, reading, cheering on my kiddos at their sporting events, and working out with my Spectrum family! 

*Annie teaches Jungle Cycle on Mondays @ 5:30pm, and Bootcamp on Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 6am.

Sandy hutchens

Sandy has been a frequent flyer of Spectrum since it’s opening in 2017, first attending our Couple’s Swing Dance classes, and then soon teaching them! She has been teaching pilates for over 20 years, and truly loves teaching it at Spectrum Fitness! She also teaches spin, and has endless energy to nail that workout you’ve been looking for. Sandy is originally from Michigan with her husband Josh, and son Braden, where she used to do dog sled racing. In the summer, Sandy loves to go to the lake, go camping, and work in her garden. In the winter, she enjoys dancing, and waiting for summer to come back! 

*Sandy teaches Jungle Cycle on Wednesdays @ 6am, and Pilates & Burn on Wednesdays @ 6pm and Fridays @ 5:45pm.
