Relax and rejuvenate at Spectrum Massage Therapy

Our massage therapists are hand-picked by Minot's ONLY Orthopedic Massage Therapist.

Here at Spectrum, we want you to feel relaxed and welcome. We also want you to get the absolute most out of your therapy, whether it be for a knot in your shoulder, or for SI joint dysfunction. At Spectrum, we go the extra mile for our community.

Join our Massage Membership Program

Our massage membership program is available for enrollment at any time! For $64.95 charged on the first of every month in a 6 or 12 month contract, you have a 30 day cycle to schedule and receive a 50-minute “spa hour” medium pressure massage with our licensed and student massage therapists!

Upgrades are available for purchase like deep tissue pressure, hot stone, and more. Scheduling is every day of the week based on our therapists’ availabilities. This is a great (and affordable) way to keep your health and wellness in check!

rachelle sian

After receiving her BA in Psychology and working in several professions while traveling around with her military family, Rachelle began to look at ways to become stable in a mobile career. She got involved in fitness in 2004 and decided to pursue a personal training path. During a short stay in CA, Rachelle put her time to good use by taking some classes in massage therapy at a local college and instantly found her gift. She extended her massage education while living in Italy by attending an orthopedic massage seminar, recommended to her by a client. After the first day, she was sold on the effectiveness of orthopedic massage and continued on to get her certification in that modality. Nothing gives Rachelle greater satisfaction than helping to relieve someone's pain.

She continues to pursue knowledge in the field of medical massage. Rachelle currently holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Science with a specialty in Rehabilitation Science, is certified in Orthopedic Massage and Clinical Rehabilitative Massage, Corrective Exercise Certification with NASM, and Specialty in TMJ therapy.

Chelsea

Chelsea is one of our Licensed Massage Therapists here at Spectrum Fitness. She graduated with the first class of Spectrum School of Massage. Rachelle's work in orthopedic massage inspired her and sparked her passion for helping people feel better through a natural healing process.

Chelsea is originally from Lynchburg, Virginia, and graduated

from Central VA Community College before moving to Minot in 2017.

Unlike a portion of our non-native Minotians, the military did not bring Chelsea to Minot even though she is a military spouse. Chelsea's husband, Ben, is in the Army National Guard, but he was already established in Minot for work when they met in 2016. Chelsea and Ben have been married since 2018 and are the proud pet parents of two cats and two dogs, all of whom they rescued.

In addition to being one of our Spectrum Fitness LMT, Chelsea is also a Spectrum Martial Arts BJJ Student. In 2015 she started her BJJ training while living in Virginia and continued her BJJ training with Spectrum Martial Arts in 2020. Chelsea earned her Blue Belt in 2021.

She really enjoys living in North Dakota and being a part of the Magic City!

SAM

Sam has always loved the idea of helping people feel better physically but was inspired to pursue massage therapy when she began to research the mental benefits of this type of therapy. Her passion is CranioSacral Therapy which, through light touch, evaluates the cerebrospinal fluid of the craniosacral system to help the body’s natural healing process and can help release emotional trauma held in the body. She plans on continuing her education in this specific massage therapy technique.

Prior to becoming a massage therapist, Sam was in the banking industry for about ten years before starting her journey of changing career tracks.

Sam is also a weightlifting enthusiast who is also originally from North Dakota and has lived in Minot for the past four years.
